  • How do I order?

  • • Online - Simply add the items to your basket and follow the online checkout system.
    • Over The Phone - Call us at +44-7900508088 and we process this for you.
    • By Email - Send us an email or purchase order to sales@birigroup.co.uk.
    • By Fax – We accept purchase orders via fax too, just send it to +44-7900508088.
  • Refunds that are late or absent (if applicable)

  • Check your bank account again if you haven't gotten a refund yet.
    Return right now free for some products, charge might apply depending on return location.
    The delivery fee is not refundable.
    Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account.
    Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.
  • How can I pay for my order?

  • We accept the following forms of payments.

    • Bank Transfer / BACS payment
    • Cheque
    • GPAY/ APPLE PAY
    All of the above payment types are supported on our online shop, just choose the required type at checkout.
  • How much is shipping / delivery?

  • Can you ship internationally?

  • No as of now we only ship in United Kingdom.
  • Can I collect my order?

  • Yes. We are based in East Ham, High Street North. Please choose ‘Collect in person’ as the delivery option when going through checkout, or alternatively call to arrange a collection.
  • Can you send me a pro-forma invoice for some goods I require?

  • Yes, just email us to ask and we’ll send one over.
  • I’m not sure what product I need?

  • Please contact one of our sales team and we will help guide you in selecting the right product for your application.
  • I need a specific measurement of a product.. can you help?

  • We try to include all the measurements of every product in the specification of each product.
    If we are missing something, please call and we will measure this and add it to the site.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?

  • We take every effort to ensure that your products arrive in good condition.

  • I have special instructions relating to the delivery of my order.

  • If you wish to leave notes regarding the delivery, you can do this using the ‘special instructions’ box during the checkout process.
