  • Our policy is valid for 14 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed after your purchase (the processing time will be within 30 days ).
    Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return.
    It has to be in its original box as well.
    A number of items are exempt from being returned.
    Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are perishable items that cannot be returned.
    Intimate or sanitary goods, dangerous objects, and flammable substances or gases are also not accepted.
    A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

  • Refunds (if applicable)

  • We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days.
  • Refunds that are late or absent (if applicable)

  • Check your bank account again if you haven't gotten a refund yet. Return right now free for some products, charge might apply depending on return location. The delivery fee is not refundable. Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items are not.
  • Interactions (if applicable)

  • Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need to replace it with a similar item.
